AgentLaire runs inside your Odoo. Your records go to your model provider only after a manager says so.
Where your data goes
Only to the model provider your team configures in AgentLaire AI Control: a hosted API or a model you run yourself. There is no AgentLaire server in between.
Nothing is sent until a manager allows it
A new provider cannot be used by any agent, chat, automation or dashboard. An AI Manager must allow data sharing on that provider first, and the allowing user and date are recorded.
Changing the provider’s type or base URL withdraws the permission, so a manager has to allow the new destination again. A manager can also withdraw it at any time.
What is sent
- AgentLaire AI Agents
- The chat messages your users send, and tool results, which hold the records the user could already read in Odoo.
- AgentLaire AI Dashboards
- Field names only by default. Explain sends the aggregated results of a tile. Sample values are sent only when a manager allows them.
Your outbound redaction rules apply first, before anything leaves your server.
What stays in your database
Runs and the audit log are stored in your own Odoo database. Retention settings decide how long they stay.
Your provider is your sub-processor
The provider you choose processes this data on your behalf. Its terms and data handling are between you and the provider, so pick one that fits your own obligations, or run a local model and keep the data on your network.
The Enterprise waitlist form
What it collects. Your work email, the modules you pick, your Odoo version and hosting, and your company or partner name if you add it.
Where it goes. From your browser to [FORM SERVICE], the form service that stores the entries for us. Nothing else on this site collects data from you.
What we use it for. One email when Enterprise support is ready, for the modules and hosting you picked. Nothing else.
Having it removed. Email support@agentlaire.com and we delete your entry.
The custom work form
What it collects. Your name, work email and company, your Odoo version, what you want the agents to do, and your module names or repo link if you add them.
Where it goes. From your browser to [FORM SERVICE], the form service that stores the entries for us. Nothing else on this site collects data from you.
What we use it for. To reply about your project and set up a call. We do not add you to any list.
Having it removed. Email support@agentlaire.com and we delete your request.
