Before you buy
Does it email vendors?
No. Late-receipt reminders are to-dos for your buyers, and RFQs stay in Odoo as drafts.
Does it confirm RFQs?
No. An RFQ is created as a draft, and only after you approve it. Confirming always stays with a person.
Can it order the same thing twice?
No. It does not propose an RFQ for quantities already on open orders, and it proposes no new reminder while one is waiting.
Can a manager allow draft RFQs in advance?
The pack ships with approval required on every write. A manager can allow one narrow kind of change in advance, such as draft RFQs, with listed fields and a daily limit. Past the limit, changes go back to approval, and confirming always stays with a person.
Do I need AgentLaire AI Dashboards?
No. The pack installs and works without it. You only need it for the Purchasing & stock health template and acting from a chart.
