With the lead rule switched on, each new lead gets a short summary and a proposed next step, waiting for your approval. Once approved, the activity shows on the lead, its note opening with the summary.

Products and prices come from your Odoo pricelists, never from the AI. Nothing is created before you press Approve.

Does it email customers?
No. Follow-ups are proposed as internal notes on the lead. Sending stays with your team.
Does it confirm quotations?
No. A quotation is created as a draft, and only after you approve it. Confirming always stays with a person.
Where do prices come from?
From your Odoo pricelists and products. The AI never sets a price.
Can a manager allow some changes in advance?
The pack ships with approval required on every write. A manager can allow one narrow kind of change in advance, with listed fields and a daily limit. It never applies to runs that read customer text, so lead triage always asks.
Do I need AgentLaire AI Dashboards?
No. The pack installs and works without it. You only need it for the Sales overview template.
