Section titled “Is there a subscription?”AgentLaire has no subscription. Every module is a one-time purchase on the Odoo Apps Store, for one Odoo version. See Pricing.
What does each module cost?

Why do the packs need AgentLaire AI Agents?
Section titled “Why do the packs need AgentLaire AI Agents?”AgentLaire AI Sales & CRM, AgentLaire AI Purchase and AgentLaire AI Dashboards run on AgentLaire AI Agents. The Apps Store adds it at checkout unless you already own it for that version. The paid modules also depend on the free AgentLaire AI Control, which the store installs for you. AI Agents
Do I need every module?
Section titled “Do I need every module?”No. Start with the free AgentLaire AI Control. The packs and AgentLaire AI Dashboards need AgentLaire AI Agents. The packs do not need AgentLaire AI Dashboards; it only adds their dashboard templates. The Backend Theme works on its own. See Get started.
Who do I pay for model usage?
Section titled “Who do I pay for model usage?”You pay only the provider you configure, directly. AgentLaire does not resell tokens or charge credits, and a local model has no usage cost. To set a budget, see AI Control. To use a local model, see Connect a local model with Ollama.
What does one purchase cover?
Section titled “What does one purchase cover?”Each paid module covers one database, for the Odoo version you bought. Partners need a purchase for each client database. Refunds are handled through the Odoo Apps Store under its refund rules. See Support.
What happens when I move to a new Odoo version?
Section titled “What happens when I move to a new Odoo version?”Each major Odoo version is its own listing, so you buy the modules for the new version. When a new Odoo version comes out, its modules launch at a reduced price for the first weeks.
Can you build something custom?
Section titled “Can you build something custom?”Yes. Custom work is quoted separately and builds on AgentLaire AI Agents and the modules you use, so you need to own them. You get a permanent license to use and change the code on your own databases. AgentLaire keeps the copyright, and you may not resell, share or publish the module. See Custom work.
Versions and editions
Section titled “Versions and editions”Which Odoo versions are supported?
Section titled “Which Odoo versions are supported?”AgentLaire supports Odoo 18, 19 and 20 Community, self-hosted. The same modules and the same features exist on all three, and each version has its own listing.
Does it work on Odoo Enterprise, Odoo.sh or Odoo Online?
Section titled “Does it work on Odoo Enterprise, Odoo.sh or Odoo Online?”Not yet on Enterprise and Odoo.sh: support for them comes later, and you can join the waitlist. AgentLaire cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
Is AgentLaire AI Control really free?

Do I need the AgentLaire AI modules for the Backend Theme?
Section titled “Do I need the AgentLaire AI modules for the Backend Theme?”No. The Backend Theme depends only on Odoo’s web and mail modules and works with no AgentLaire AI module installed. Every AI module works the same with or without it. If you uninstall it, Odoo’s own navbar and light look come back after a reload. Backend Theme
Data and privacy
Section titled “Data and privacy”Does AgentLaire send my data anywhere?
Section titled “Does AgentLaire send my data anywhere?”Business data goes only to the model providers you connect. A provider receives nothing until an AI Manager selects Allow data sharing on its form, and redaction rules can mask data before it is sent. See AI Control and Security.
Can an agent change my data without asking?
Section titled “Can an agent change my data without asking?”Not by default. Every change an agent makes is a proposal that a person approves, and approving it applies the change with that person’s own Odoo rights. A manager can allow one narrow kind of change in advance, with listed fields and a daily limit of 50 unless changed. It never applies when the agent read untrusted text, and deleting records and calling methods always need approval. Approvals
Can I undo a change an agent made?
Section titled “Can I undo a change an agent made?”Yes, for 7 days by default. A manager or the person who approved the change can revert it. Method calls and server actions cannot be reverted. Approvals
Does AgentLaire AI Sales & CRM email customers or confirm quotations?
Section titled “Does AgentLaire AI Sales & CRM email customers or confirm quotations?”No. Follow-ups are proposed as internal notes on the lead, and a quotation is created as a draft only after you approve it. Does AgentLaire AI Purchase email vendors or confirm RFQs?
Section titled “Does AgentLaire AI Purchase email vendors or confirm RFQs?”No. An RFQ is created as a draft only after you approve it, and late-receipt reminders are to-dos for your buyers. It does not propose an RFQ for quantities already on open orders. AI Purchase
What does the kill switch do?
Section titled “What does the kill switch do?”The kill switch in AgentLaire AI Control starts no new run and stops a running run before its next model call. While it is on, no proposal executes. AI Control
